Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental United States, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders are delivered within 4-15 days of order placement.

We work with a mix of U.S.-based and international fulfillment partners. Most of our items ship from within the United States for faster delivery, while a smaller selection ships directly from our overseas partners and may take a little longer to arrive.

Estimated delivery times (after the 1–3 business day processing window):

• Most orders: 3–6 business days
• Select items shipped from our international partners: up to 12 days

Delivery times may extend during peak seasons and holidays. If you'd like the estimated delivery time for a specific item before ordering, just reach out to us at info@zoomypetcompany.com and we'll confirm it for you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the packaging and the item when you reach out. This helps us resolve your case faster.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately using our contact form — we can only modify an address before the order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
