Where We Ship

We currently ship to the continental United States, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Our products are stored in warehouses across the country, so your order will be fulfilled from the location closest to you. This helps us get your pet's products to you as fast as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Most orders are delivered within 4-12 days.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before reaching out to us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the packaging and the item when you reach out. This helps us resolve your case faster.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately using our contact form — we can only modify an address before the order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
